Nerdy Valentines – Part Three

We love that YOU love our Nerdy Valentines. We’ve had such an exciting response to our other Nerdy Valentines, part one and part two, that we made another stimulating set for the readers we love.

Today we’re setting aside the higher education theme that our blog usually has, and focus on some of the things we geek out over in the office…from bacon to Star Wars!

It you love somebody, set them free. Or at least send them a message to let them know how you feel. Whether your browser is auto-completing your queries, or your smartphone is auto-correcting your texts, be sure that you are pressing all the right buttons before you hit send. Your lover will appreciate it, and in time, you’ll be completing each other’s sentences.

The old saying goes that “the way to a man’s heart is through is stomach.”¬†And the fastest way to get there is not chocolate. It’s the fragrant meat candy of love – bacon.

In the infamous words of Jim Gaffigan, “I just had some bacon. Anybody ever had bacon before? It’s good. Oh, my greasy lover, bacon. It’s the best!”

Star Wars taught us many things about love. Fear is the path to the Dark Side. There is no mystical energy field that controls our destiny. Do or do not, there is no try. Let the Wookie win. Your best friend will always be attracted to your sister.

Good chemistry is essential for a spicy relationship. Head to the bedroom and “break some bad” with the one that you love. Don’t forget to have a control and to do some experimentation…those chemical reactions can be pretty mind-blowing!

It’s important to have a hearty dose of laughter in a successful relationship, but be careful of the things you joke about. Don’t give them a heart-attack in the name of humor. Worrying the one you love will not do you any favors. Unless you’re into those kind of…favors.
