MBA - Human Resource Management
Securing the right employee fit within an organization is important to its success. In AIU’s real-world focused ACBSP (Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs) accredited Master of Business Administration with a specialization in human resource management, students explore current trends and policies that affect human resource policies in the corporate environment. In this real-world curriculum, students can explore the interaction between business strategy and personnel management from a general managerial perspective and analyze issues and provide solutions to current human resource problems. The program allows for in-depth study with up to half of your classes in your field of interest and major.
