According to the school, the College of St. Scholastica provides students with intellectual and moral preparation for responsible living and meaningful work. The 186-acre main campus is on a wooded ridge overlooking Lake Superior. St. Scholastica is enriched by its Catholic Benedictine heritage, which emphasizes hospitality, respect, stewardship, and love of learning. The College provides a rigorous, values-oriented curriculum to over 3,700 students in over 35 majors. Students come from 28 states and 34 nations. Graduate and Extended Studies programs are also offered, including the Accelerated Degree Evening Program for working adults, which enrolls students in Duluth, St. Paul, Brainerd, Rochester, and St. Cloud, Minnesota.
