It offers access to a diverse population of students who are educated in a broad range of fields such as education, culture and the arts, social work, health sciences, as well business and engineering. \r\nThe graduate program in Creative Writing and doctorate in Physical Therapy are considered among the top programs nationally. Forensic science majors have the unique chance to learn from a state crime lab located on campus. Eastern is also the only public comprehensive in the state to offer an electrical engineering degree. \r\nEastern graduates contribute significantly to the professional component of the state of Washington’s workforce.\r\nAdditionally, the University’s new Recreation Center has been recognized nationally for its commitment to ‘green’ building features and is the health and social hub of this vibrant campus. \r\nEastern Washington University is the NCAA 2010 football champion.\r\n
