Reasons to Attend

Comments about Ex'pression College for Digital Arts:

I chose Ex'pression due to the equipment they offered, the choice of schedule, and the fact that they hire real-world professionals in their industries to teach classes. This meant that I was taught to animate by a guy that worked at Pixar for 8 years. That was incredible.

My experiences at the school were good for the most part. There were a few instructors that I bumped heads with a little bit, but for the most part it was a good experience.

My advice to any students planning on attending is to take full advantage of the time you are there. Learn everything you can. Don't just plan on being good at one thing and getting a job in that field. Be good at everything. Spend the time to make good projects. If you are going to be salaried when you get a job, you might as well start working like you're salaried when you're going to school. Spend 60 hours a week there, it will help.

Lastly, I will say that if you plan on attending a school to get into the games/film industry, take a step back, think of anyone you know in the industry, and talk to them first. Chances are that you can get a job doing QA or customer service, move up the ladder after a little while, and not be in debt up to your eyeballs. $75k worth of student loans isn't worth it.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this school to a friend
