The Computer Support Technician program prepares students for careers in the IT industry, ranging from upgrading computer systems to developing wide area and local area network capabilities. This highly technical program involves classroom theory, hands-on experience in a laboratory environment, and on-the-job training with a local company through our externship program.
Additional curriculum topics include network operating systems and network systems design and implementation. This program helps our graduates begin careers in a variety of exciting positions in various fields involving IT and computer network systems. These may include such positions as a network administrator, WAN specialist, web server administrator, Linux specialist or network technician.
