Comments about Northern Michigan University:
Northern has cheap tuittion and they give students laptop computers. We rent these computers and they have a profound impact on student learning. I would advise future students to purchase their own laptop computer and save money. It would be a wise investment.
Northern is an excellent school for someone who like being in environments with little diversity, and enjoys winter sports.
Lake Superior is beautiful. The campus and the classroom are outdated with not many online classes offered.
