Northwest University challenges students to Carry the Call with Heart, Head, and Hand. Students are prepared, in a distinctly evangelical Christian environment, for lives of service and leadership. The emphasis is on preparing the whole person spiritually (heart), intellectually (head), and professionally (hand). More than 1,200 students choose from over 50 academic programs, including education, ministry, business, and nursing. The University offers adult degree-completion programs, as well as seven master’s degree programs. The beautiful semi-wooded campus overlooks Seattle, from the east side of nearby Lake Washington. A view of the snow-capped Olympic Mountains graces the skyline to the west.
