The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a Concentration in Management is designed for students who are interested in strengthening their capacity to effectively manage others. The curriculum provides students with a strong foundation of general business knowledge in traditional areas such as accounting, finance, marketing, economics, human resources, business law, and ethics. Additionally, the Management Concentration course sequence focuses on the development of a management skill set that is aligned with the demands of all three sectors: private, public, and not-for-profit. Concentration courses emphasize critical management topics such conflict resolution, negotiation, leadership, performance improvement, and innovation.
