Its downtown location means the city is literally Point Park’s campus and provides numerous opportunities for student enrichment. Internships in a variety of fields, including journalism, business, government, and the arts, are located within walking distance of the University, whose central location also enables students to take advantage of Pittsburgh’s many sports, cultural and entertainment activities. To keep pace with its continuing growth and to meet the needs of its student body, the University has been expanding its downtown campus.
