Founded in 1916, St. Joseph’s College is a four-year, comprehensive, co-educational private institution in the liberal arts tradition, located in Brooklyn, NY, and a branch campus in Patchogue, Long Island of New York. With a combined fall enrollment of 6,000 students, SJC offers one of the lowest tuitions in the tri-state area. The School of Arts and Sciences and the School of Professional and Graduate Studies offer bachelor’s degrees in 28 majors. There are master’s degrees offered in literacy and cognition, infant and toddler early childhood, special education, childhood or adolescent special education with annotation in sever and multiple disabilities, as well as master’s degrees in management, accounting, health care management, human services management and leadership, and the executive master of business administration.\r\n\r\nSJC also offers a dual B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Accounting/M.B.A. in Accounting, an M.B.A. in Accounting, pre-professional programs, certificate programs, a seven-year affiliated program (B.S./D.P.M.) with the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, and a five-year affiliated program leading to a B.A./B.S. from SJC and an M.S. in Computer Science from NYU-Polytechnic University. The Brooklyn campus is the home of the Dillon Child Study Center, a laboratory pre-school used as a resource by Child Study majors. The St. Joseph’s College Online campus offers a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and an executive master of business administration degree, as well as certificates in human resources and leadership and supervision.
