Comments about Stephen F Austin State University:
School offers an MA and an MFA is Studio Art, the Forestry Dept offers a Doctor of Forestry, the History and Education depts are outstanding. Faculty has an open door policy for students and they want to see you graduate. This is a teaching institution and the faculty are hired to teach first research and publications are expected but not so much as a research university.
