Reasons to Attend
Comments about Technical Learning Centers Inc:
The ONLY reason why I even attended this school was for the "FREE" computer students are suppose to receive upon completion and graduation, other than that, had I know this school was a complete mockery, I would've just went to [...] or [...] for a great deal on laptop. The summer of 2005, I pretty much found myself under employed, and I thought "What other way to enhance my current MS Office skills???... Take a few courses!!!" Once I enrolled, I was estatic about starting the following week. Day 1 arrives, and there's NO teacher, so the director, [...] brings in his wife to instruct the class... The was okay for the moment, for the day at the very least. However, the next day came in which a "instructor" was present, but he literally taught us NOTHING!! In fact, the entire program is ran by a "SELF TAUGHT" model... Pretty good if have the basics of MS Office down to a tee (such as myself), but if you're a newcomer, you're definitely going to have problems with the course. My overall experience on a scale of 1-10 is -3, also not to mention the 3.8 GPA I received on the unofficial transcript meant nothing once I added it on resume because according to employers (AND upon further investigation), the school's only regionally accredited, not nationally- huge bummer!!! Good luck if you chose this "school"...
