Academic highlights include: recently reaffirmed accreditation by SACS; highest ever enrollment at 4,176 fall 2008 and topping the 4,000 mark spring 2009; third highest six-year graduation rate for first-time, 100% NCLEX passing rate in 2006 and 2007; full-time freshman fall 2002 cohort in the University System of Georgia; four colleges within 15 academic departments; 47 academic programs namely 32 undergraduate, 14 graduate and one educational specialist.
