B.A. in History for Secondary Education (ITL)

The Bachelor of Arts in History for Secondary Education degree program at Grand Canyon University recognizes that middle and high school history teachers do more than teach facts, events and dates—they impart ethical standards and wisdom developed over centuries of human history. This history teacher degree, offered by the College of Humanities and Social Sciences, is regionally accredited and approved by the Arizona State Board of Education. Students take coursework that aligns with the requirements established by the National Council for Social Studies (NCSS).
