King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, was founded in 1946 by the Congregation of Holy Cross from the University of Notre Dame. Recognized by its peers in education for its innovative Core curriculum, King’s commits its faculty to sharing their expertise in assessment with their peers nationwide. For this reason, King’s was named one of only 16 Leadership Institutions by the American Association of Colleges and Universities Greater Expectations initiative.
