EdD - Global Training and Development
The Doctor of Education degree in Global Training and Development at National University combines theory, research, and practical application of principles related to training and performance improvement. In your Global Training and Development EdD courses, you will critically analyze needs and evaluate the influences of how performance improvement and training should be designed. You will also examine theoretical and practical information in adult education and human resources, and research and review strategies for future effectiveness.
