MSOL - Human Resources Management
Managing people can be challenging for many organizations and those who are well-trained to handle that dynamic can find themselves in high demand. In the Human Resources Management specialization you will focus on the interrelationships between human resource capital, leadership and the business organization. You will explore all aspects of human resource management, and address the increasing human resource issues in the global economy. Your final specialization project is designed to assess your competencies gained through the challenges of the previous specialization courses.
