DBA - Health Care Administration
For those who desire a more practical, skill-based specialization, the DBA in health care administration may be for you. This specialization prepares health care administrators in the areas of strategic planning in health care and managed systems, comparative health care system analysis, and total quality management in health care. Students will complete a final written research project, demonstrating the ability to conduct an investigation on a workplace problem, identify an area for intervention, critique, justify, and recommend a plan of preventative action. Graduates in the DBA program can demonstrate real-world application of knowledge and skills in both public and private health care management settings.
