North Carolina Wesleyan is a local and regional center for the performing, visual, and literary arts. Our center for the arts on campus is the Dunn Center for the Performing Arts, which houses a large theatre, recital hall, galleries and classroom space. This facility supports our Major program in Theatre and is the venue for most concerts and exhibits in the Mims and Civic Galleries. Another centerpiece of art on campus is the new Thomas J. Pearsall, Jr. building (formerly the Student Activities Center – SAC) which houses a modern gallery, the Four Sisters Gallery. This gallery often features selections from the Lynch Collection of Outsider Art.
