Computer Support Specialist

The Computer Support Specialist program prepares graduates for a career providing technical assistance, support, and advice to computer users. Students will be trained on troubleshooting computer software and hardware problems.

The program includes instruction in computer concepts, information systems, networking, operatingsystems, computer hardware, the Internet, software applications, help desk concepts and problem solving, and principles of customer service. Students also receive instruction in the techniques of finding and retaining a job.
