BS Human Biology

To participate in the Bachelor of Science in human biology degree program, students must have already been accepted into a first-professional degree program at UWS (chiropractic or naturopathic medicine) or must have previously graduated with a doctor of chiropractic degree from UWS.

The University of Western States (UWS) offers the Bachelor of Science in human biology as an undergraduate degree option to current doctor of chiropractic (DC) students and alumni and to students in the doctor of naturopathic medicine (NMD) program. The program equips students with a foundation in health and pre-medical sciences, utilizing the general education coursework completed prior to matriculation and the basic sciences dually attributed to the biology major and first-professional degree programs.
