According to the school, Waldorf College is a Lutheran-related residential college of liberal arts and sciences. In addition to the traditional four-year degree programs, Waldorf has pioneered an accelerated three-year degrees in communications. All academic majors include an element of applied learning. Waldorf is a laptop college with every student receiving a laptop computer for use during their college career. Waldorf has received national attention for it Honors College and Academic Achievement Center. It is also well known for its strong communications degree program.
