On-the-Job Training
Several UMA programs include on-the-job training, known as an externship, is an opportunity for you to apply the knowledge you’ve acquired to a working environment and see what it’s like to work in your field while gaining additional hands-on experience. In some cases, externships have even resulted in job offers after graduation.

Career Services
With UMA’s blended learning options for most programs*, students can get career services assistance on campus and off. We will help you with writing your resume and provide pre-interview coaching. We will even assist you with searching for job opportunities and scheduling interviews.
